Bond repayments begin once the property is registered in your name, which takes place after construction is completed and the transfer process is finalised.

Bond registration costs are payable at the time of bond registration, once the development is complete and transfer begins.

There are no hidden costs. All prices are VAT-inclusive, meaning no transfer duty applies.

However, purchasers should plan for:

• Transfer and bond registration fees (where applicable)
• Occupational interest (if occupying before transfer, as outlined in your sale agreement)
• Municipal rates, taxes, and Body Corporate levies post-transfer

Levies at The Nest contribute to the management, maintenance, and security of the development. This includes:

• Building insurance (excluding contents)
